I am experienced Engineering Manager with over 21 years of progressive experience in leading and managing high-performance teams across various domains, including telecommunications, software development, and IT services. Proficient in cross-functional team leadership, strategy development, product management and resource allocation. Adept at both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of driving successful projects, managing complex initiatives, and fostering employee growth and development. In addition to my managerial roles, I actively continue programming, with JavaScript and TypeScript being my favorite programming languages.

I am Michał, a manager with over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, specializing in team and project management. For the last seven years as a Line Manager at Ericsson, where I lead two cross-functional teams and focused on employee development and optimizing team performance. Previously, I was an IT Manager at DreamLab Onet.pl, overseeing four teams and managing mobile (m.onet.pl, OnetNews) and main page (www.onet.pl). I possess strong technical skills in JavaScript, Python and I am a certified Professional Scrum Master.
